By downloading, installing, or using the SRJ Influencer app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SRJ Influencer. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

5. Partner & Dealer Verification

SRJ Influencer verifies partners and dealers before approval. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account that does not meet our verification standards or violates these Terms.

6. Payments & Commissions

• Commission rates and payment terms are as specified in the app
• Payments are processed within the timeframes specified in the app
• We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud
• All transactions are subject to applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

The SRJ Influencer app, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by SRJ Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRJ Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalna, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
